The Liverpool Festival of Health and Activity

Are you looking for inspiration, motivation and encouragement to lead a healthier, more active lifestyle?

SK Events invites you to the launch of the “Year of Wellbeing 2010” with the Festival of Health and Activity!  This is a fun and informative festival aiming to encourage awareness of healthier lifestyles with exhibitors such as Lifestyles, Baby Ballet and Liverpool Active City.

Why not come along and scale a climbing wall, try your luck on a trampoline or practise your tennis strokes?  If you're feeling a little less adventurous them maybe a massage session will be more to your taste.  For younger visitors there will be an arts and crafts area, storytelling and plenty of dance and fitness demos to provide entertainment.

This event will provide something for ALL so come along and bring the kids for a fun-filled day of interactive activity and learning on Sunday 10^th January at the Lifestyles Tennis Centre in Wavertree, Liverpool -10:30am-4:30pm
